Out of bounds down the left hand side and in the Croquet Courts on the right. Favour the right hand side of the fairway with your tee shot for a better angled short iron approach without going too far into the trees lining the fairway. Long hitters may attempt to drive over the trees forming the slight dogleg left of the fairway.  Shots hit into the trees right will normally require a punch shot back onto the fairway for a shot to the green.  Beware of under clubbing with your approach to the green due to a steep bank on the front edge of the green and a false front particularly on the right hand side of the green which will see shots not well into the heart of the green roll back down to the bottom of the hill.
