The 93rd Annual General Meeting of the Woollahra Golf Club Ltd has been called for Wednesday, 26 March 2025 commencing at 7:00pm.

Nominations for all positions on the Board of Directors are now open. Nomination forms will be available from the office during office hours or can be downloaded below.

Nominations for positions on the Board will close at 4.00pm Wednesday, 5 March 2025.

In accordance with the Constitution, in the event that a ballot is required to determine the successful nominees, members will be able to cast their votes in the premises of the Club at the following times:

Wednesday, 26 March between 4:00pm and 7:00pm.

The result of any ballot will be announced at the AGM.

Members wishing to ask questions or seek information relating to the Financial Statements are requested to notify the General Manager in writing by 5.00pm, Wednesday, 19 March 2025.

The Annual Report will be available on the Club’s website www.woollahragolfclub.com from Friday 7 March 2025.
