Please be advised that the automatic expiry of Prize Account and Pro Shop Account allocations under By Law 46.2 have recommenced following a 12 month pause due to the transfer of members’ account balances to the new membership system last November.

Members can track the allocation and expiry dates of Prize and Pro Shop amounts via the ‘My Account’ page on the website. Navigation to the page is as follows:

• Log in to the Member’s home page
• Go to ‘My Information’
• My Account and select ‘View Accounts’
• Select either the Prize or Pro Shop tabs

A list of prizes won will appear, if there is an amount appearing in the ‘Outstanding’ column against a particular prize then that amount has not yet been claimed. In the next column the date when the outstanding amount will expire is listed. Prize allocations cannot be redeemed after they have expired.

Please note that Prize account amounts can be redeemed at either the Bar or the Pro Shop, Pro Shop amounts can be redeemed only at the Pro Shop. Any amount claimed will be debited against the earliest allocated prize. House account balances do not expire.

If you have outstanding amounts in both the Prize and Pro Shop accounts, please be specific when advising staff which account is to be used.
